It's been weeks since I complained to AllofMP3.com about their broken payment processor's website (comes back with server-side java errors after entering credit card info) and no response, so I signed up with xrost.com instead, and got a $10 "card" using Paypal. Relatively painless. Finally downloading the Moody Blues album Long Distance Voyager for 87 cents.
